In our contracts, RML manages the planning and delivery of all maintenance work ensuring we provide timely and correct maintenance and repairs for our customers, while treating them with respect.
We have a network of almost 100 subcontracting businesses across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, King Country and Taranaki regions. Collectively these businesses employ approximately 800 trades staff which cover all trades required to deliver a full maintenance service.
Our subcontractors are all trained professionals who ensure the environment their workers operate in supports their wellbeing, who turn up promptly, perform work quickly and provide excellent maintenance outcomes to our customers enabling them to live in warm, dry, safe and healthy homes.

We are experienced in providing fast, efficient assistance in the event of a disaster. Our experience includes the clean-up & recovery of electrical systems, plumbing and providing power supply during the Thames and Whakatane floods. We also assisted with the Christchurch earthquakes, providing much needed trade support.
